These terms govern purchases from LandHaven Structures LLC through this website.
Who we are
LandHaven Structures LLC, 4820 Prairie Ridge Road, Waco, TX 76712. We are an independent retailer of portable and prefab structures. We are not a manufacturer, and we are not an authorized dealer of any brand we carry.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract exists once we confirm the order in writing. We may decline an order, for example where we cannot deliver to the address or where a price has been listed in error.
Pricing
Prices are in US dollars and include free delivery to the 48 contiguous states. Sales tax is added at checkout where applicable. If a price is obviously wrong we will contact you before processing rather than silently cancel.
Your responsibilities
- Preparing a suitable, level base before delivery
- Ensuring safe access for the delivery equipment
- Obtaining any permit your city or county requires
- Confirming setback and zoning rules for your property
Permits and zoning
Permit and setback requirements are set by your local authority, not by us. We cannot advise on them and we are not responsible for a structure that does not comply with a local rule. Check before you order.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price paid for the structure.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
