Shipping and Delivery
Delivery is free to all 48 contiguous states and is included in the price shown on every product page. The number you see is the number you pay.
What free delivery covers
Transport of the structure from the build location to your address, and placement onto the base you have prepared, anywhere in the 48 contiguous states.
We do not charge a separate freight, fuel or handling fee. There is no delivery charge added at checkout.
Where we do not deliver
We do not currently deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or any address outside the United States. If you order to one of those addresses we will contact you and refund in full rather than ship it.
Lead times
Lead time depends on the structure and the current build queue. We confirm a delivery window with you after your order, and we will tell you the honest range at that point.
We do not publish a guaranteed number of days on product pages, because a promise we cannot keep for every building in every season is worse than no promise at all.
What you need ready
A level, load-bearing base sized to the footprint on the product page. A compacted gravel pad is the most common choice; concrete blocks or a slab also work.
A clear access route wide enough for the delivery equipment, on ground firm enough to drive on. Please check for low branches, narrow gates, soft ground and parked vehicles.
If access is tight, the ground is soft or steeply sloped, or the only route is through a neighbouring property, tell us before you order so we can work it out in advance.
If we cannot complete delivery
If we arrive and the base is not ready, or the access will not take the equipment safely, we cannot place the building. We will contact you to arrange a return trip. A second trip caused by site conditions may carry a cost, and we will tell you what it is before we schedule it rather than invoice you afterwards.
