We are an independent retailer, not a manufacturer and not anyone's authorized dealer. What that buys you is a straight answer. Every dimension is published before you order. Every price is visible without a form. And every listing says plainly whether the building arrives finished, partly finished, or as a shell you complete yourself, because that is the thing buyers in this trade get caught out by most.

What you receive
Finished, or a shell you finish yourself.
This is the thing buyers get caught out by most often in this trade, so we put it next to the price on every single product. A shell is the structure only: framing, walls, roof, floor, a door and any listed windows. No insulation, no wiring, no plumbing, no interior finish.
A finished building arrives complete to the specification on its page. Partially finished means the exterior is done and the page lists exactly what interior work is included, and nothing beyond that list.

Getting it to you
Free delivery, and one thing for you to prepare.
Delivery is included in the price on every product page, to addresses nationwide. There is no freight line at checkout and no surcharge at the end.
What you prepare is the base: level, load-bearing, and at least as big as the footprint. A compacted gravel pad is the usual choice. Have it ready before the delivery window opens and the rest is ours.
