Overview

A 12 by 24 foot lofted garage with 288 square feet of floor space, built new and delivered to your prepared base. The price on this page is the price of the building: delivery is included and there is nothing added at checkout.

This is a finished building. It arrives complete to the specification listed below, set on the base you have ready. It does not include insulation, electrical, plumbing or any interior fit-out, and it does not include the base itself.

You buy it outright at one price. There is no lease agreement, no monthly payment plan and no finance company involved. What you prepare is a level, load-bearing pad at least 12 by 24 feet, with a clear route wide enough for the delivery equipment to reach it.

Delivery

Delivery is free nationwide and is included in the price shown. We will contact you to agree a delivery window once your order is confirmed. You do not need to be present, but someone should be reachable by phone on the day.

We deliver to the prepared base. We do not carry the building through a house, over a finished patio, or across ground the equipment cannot safely cross.

Site preparation

Have a level, load-bearing base ready before the delivery date, sized to the footprint above. A compacted gravel pad is the most common choice; concrete blocks or a slab also work. The base is not included in the price.

Clear the access route of low branches, gate posts and parked vehicles. If the ground is soft, steeply sloped, or the only access is narrow, tell us before you order.

Warranty

Warranty terms are set by the manufacturer of this structure and vary by building type and material. The applicable terms are supplied with your order paperwork. We do not quote a single blanket period across the catalogue because it would not be accurate for every building.
