How Delivery Works
Delivery is free to all 48 contiguous states and is included in the price on every product page. Here is what actually happens.
Before the day
We agree a delivery window with you after the order is confirmed. Have the base finished and the route clear before that window opens.
On the day
The building arrives whole and is placed onto your prepared base. You do not have to be present, but somebody should be reachable by phone.
What can stop a delivery
- An unfinished or unlevel base. Ground too soft to drive on. An access route narrower than the building. Overhanging branches. A vehicle parked in the way.
- If we cannot place the building safely we will not force it. We will contact you to arrange a return trip, and we will tell you any cost before we schedule it.
Where we do not deliver
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and outside the United States.
