How It Works
Four steps from measuring the spot to taking delivery. No site visit required.
1. Measure the space
Width and length of the area you have, plus the route a delivery vehicle would take to reach it. Use the Footprint Finder on any page to see only the structures that fit.
2. Choose the structure
Every product page shows the footprint, square footage, price, and whether it arrives finished, partially finished or as a shell.
3. Prepare the base
A level, load-bearing base sized to the footprint. Compacted gravel is the most common choice. The base is not included in the price, and it needs to be ready before delivery day.
4. Take delivery
We deliver free to the 48 contiguous states and place the structure on your prepared base. We agree the window with you in advance.

Check your local permit and setback rules. They are set by your city and county, they vary a lot, and they are the one part of this we cannot do for you.
