Warranty
Warranty terms come from the manufacturer of each structure, and they differ by building type and material. We do not publish one blanket period across the whole catalogue.
Why there is no single number
A treated-timber shed, a steel carport and a finished cabin do not carry the same warranty, and quoting one figure for all of them would be inaccurate for most of them. The terms that apply to your structure are supplied with your order paperwork.
What is generally covered
Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, on the terms set by that manufacturer.
What is generally not covered
- Normal weathering, fading and seasonal movement of timber
- Damage from storms, flood, fallen trees or other acts of nature
- Damage caused by an inadequate, uneven or settling base
- Modifications made after delivery
- Neglect, misuse, or failure to maintain the structure
