Returns and Refunds
These are large structures that are built, transported and set in place. That shapes what we can and cannot take back, and we would rather be clear about it before you order.
Cancelling before delivery
You can cancel for a full refund at any point before your structure enters the build queue or is scheduled for transport. Contact us and we will confirm in writing.
Once a made-to-order structure has entered production, cancellation may carry a cost reflecting work already done. We will tell you the exact figure before you decide.
Damage in transit
Inspect the structure on delivery. If there is transit damage, tell us within 48 hours with photographs. We will repair it, replace it, or refund it.
Change of mind after delivery
We do not accept change-of-mind returns once a structure has been delivered and placed. Recovering, transporting and reselling a used building is not something we can absorb, and pretending otherwise would be dishonest.
This does not affect your rights where a structure is faulty, misdescribed, or not what you ordered. In those cases contact us and we will put it right.
Faulty or misdescribed
If what arrives does not match the specification on the product page, that is on us. Contact us with photographs and we will repair, replace or refund.
